Every Free Pain Check starts with a structured movement assessment.
We test joint range of motion, stability under load and asymmetries between left and right, not just the painful area.

Having dealt with physical setbacks myself, I understand how quickly people start avoiding movement. My role isn’t to protect you from loading your body. It’s to identify the cause, rebuild the weak link and guide you back into movement without pain.
I’ll show you what’s happening, what needs to change and how we rebuild it, step by step.

Do I need to be very fit to join?
Not at all. The retreat is designed for different fitness levels, and all workouts can be scaled to your ability. Whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX or already experienced, you’ll be challenged in a safe and supportive way.
What if I need rest or some time for myself?
That’s completely fine. This is your retreat, and you’re always free to skip a session or take time to relax by the pool, go for a walk, or recover. Listening to your body is encouraged.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing training clothes, running shoes, comfortable casual wear, swimwear, and personal essentials. A detailed packing list will be provided after your registration.
How do I know if this group is right for me?
This retreat attracts motivated, positive women who enjoy training and personal growth. Most participants come alone, so you’ll quickly feel part of the group. We create a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
Which airport should I fly to and how does the transfer work?
The nearest airport is Alicante (ALC). After booking, you’ll receive detailed travel information. We can help coordinate transfers or recommend the easiest transport options to the villa.
Can I extend my stay at the villa?
In many cases, yes. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer, we can discuss options depending on availability.
