Physiotherapy
Most people stop moving when something hurts.
Pain that keeps coming back.
Movements that don’t feel right anymore.
Training that suddenly feels limited.
Stopping rarely solves the cause.
Understanding it does

Where physiotherapy meets strength
Physiotherapy shouldn’t take you away from movement.
It should guide you back into it.
At Vitalavida, pain isn’t treated in isolation.
We look at how you move, how you load your body and where compensation starts.
Because most recurring pain isn’t random.
It follows a pattern.
That’s why our approach doesn’t stop at the treatment table.
We rebuild strength, control and confidence, so your body can handle more.
Back to Moving With Confidence
Every case follows a clear progression plan, from assessment to full integration back into training.
Assessment first
Every Free Pain Check starts with a structured movement assessment.
We test joint range of motion, stability under load and asymmetries between left and right, not just the painful area.
Understanding the pattern
Recurring pain is rarely isolated.
We determine whether the issue comes from limited mobility, poor load distribution or insufficient strength in a specific muscle group.
Reload with purpose
Avoidance of specific movements weakens muscletissue. We progressively reintroduce load with precise exercise selection, controlled tempo and clear progression.
Integration into training
Once the painful movement is stable and strong again, we bring it back into full training. Squatting, pressing or running without pain.

Who is physiotherapy for?
This is for you if:
You’ve had the same pain for months and it keeps returning.
You avoid certain movements because they “don’t feel right”.
You’ve been told to rest, but the issue never fully resolved.
You want to understand what’s actually causing the limitation.
You’re willing to actively rebuild strength instead of waiting it out.
This is not for you if:
You’re looking for a quick fix without changing anything.
You expect passive treatment without participation.
You’re not ready to look beyond the painful spot itself.
Hi i’m melissa
I’m a licensed physiotherapist with a performance-driven approach to recovery.
I don’t see pain as something that automatically means you should stop. I see it as a signal that something needs attention.
Having dealt with physical setbacks myself, I understand how quickly people start avoiding movement. My role isn’t to protect you from loading your body. It’s to identify the cause, rebuild the weak link and guide you back into movement without pain.
I’ll show you what’s happening, what needs to change and how we rebuild it, step by step.

FAQ
Is the Free Pain Check really free?
Yes. The Free Pain Check is completely free and comes with no obligation.
The goal is simple: understand what’s causing the pain, assess how it affects your movement and discuss the most appropriate next step.
What happens during the Free Pain Check?
We start by discussing the issue, when it occurs and how it affects your training or daily life.
From there, we assess movement, mobility, stability and strength to identify potential limitations and compensations. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what’s contributing to the problem and what can be done about it.
Do I need to be a Vitalavida member?
No. The Free Pain Check is available to both existing Vitalavida members and people who have never trained with us before.
Is this suitable for acute injuries or severe pain?
The Free Pain Check is designed for recurring pain, movement limitations and training-related issues.
If you’ve experienced a recent traumatic injury, severe pain, loss of function or symptoms that require urgent medical attention, it’s important to consult a doctor or specialist first. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll point you in the right direction.
