In a crowded gym or large group class, it’s easy to let your technique slip. At Vitalavida, we make sure you are always seen. By limiting our groups to a maximum of 4 people, we can maintain the quality of a private session while you benefit from the motivation of a group.

We focus on:

Personal attention: every person in the group receives the same level of attention and technical feedback, so no one disappears in the background.

Your own data: we track the weights and reps of every exercise and set so you know exactly how much stronger you are getting every week.

Accountability: everyone in the group, including your trainer, knows each other and keeps each other accountable.
