Duo training: A shared foundation
Strength becomes different when it’s built together.
In duo training, you don’t train next to each other, you progress alongside each other.
You see each other become stronger.
You recognise the change in each other.
You both feel the difference in your body.
Instead of starting over every few months,
you both keep building on what you’ve already created.
That shared progress becomes your foundation.
The vitality framework: our group approach
Duo training follows the same framework we use in all training, but adapted to two individuals moving forward together.
Strength as your base
You build measurable strength through progressive training.
Each of you follows your own progression within the same session.
Fueling your development
Nutrition supports the work you put in.
We provide practical guidance that fits your shared routine.
Confidence through growth
As your numbers increase and movement improves, certainty grows, for both of you.
Recovery built in
Sessions are planned with load and recovery in balance, so you leave steady and prepared for the week ahead.

Who is duo training for?
Duo Training at Vitalavida is for two people who want to grow stronger together.
It works best for:
- Partners who want to invest in their strength at the same time.
- Couples who feel more confident starting side by side rather than stepping into a gym alone.
- Two people who know they show up more consistently when someone else is committed too.
Both of you are coached individually. Both of you are held to the same standard.
This may not be the right fit if:
- One of you is motivated and the other is simply “trying it out.”
- You prefer training completely independently.
- Your schedules change weekly and structure feels restrictive.
The location
Meet your duo trainer, Melissa
I’m Melissa, the founder of Vitalavida.
A few years ago I left the Netherlands and moved to Spain to build the kind of place I had always imagined.
Not a crowded gym where people train on their own.
But a place where people are coached, seen and supported while they build strength.
Coaching has always been the part I care about most.
I like being close to the training floor, watching how people move, giving feedback during a set and helping someone realise they are capable of more than they thought.
That’s why the sessions at Vitalavida stay small.
So every person who walks into the gym is actually coached.
Over time, you start to see something change.
People move with more confidence.
They trust their bodies more.
And training becomes something they build on, instead of something they start over.
That’s what I built Vitalavida for.
Start your duo training
Duo training starts with a personal intake.
During this session we look at where both of you are starting from, what your goals are, and whether duo training is the right structure for you.
From there we build a clear starting point for both of you.
Train together. Stay consistent.
